primary engagement models

FIX BID PROJECTS

In the Project, Specific Model Qualis Solutions provides bids on individual projects with a defined scope of work and a fixed bid price. In this model, we provide a turn-key detailing service to you. You provide the drawings, scope of work, and any specific detailing instructions and Qualis Solutions turns around shop drawings, anchor bolt plans, erection drawings, file exports for CNC, etc.

DETAILERS FOR HIRE

In the Dedicated Resource model Qualis Solutions provides resources to act as an extension of your existing detailing team. We can provide modelers, detailers and/or checkers that will work on the projects that you lead and manage. This is an incredibly effective and efficient way to deal with those bursts of work that occur.

BENEFITS

Guarantees that you have a team that you know and that knows your specific requirements. Since the team works under your management, they complete the work to your specifications.
Puts control for the output into your hands.
No need for the time-consuming bid/proposal process. We negotiate upfront an hourly rate for specific roles allowing you to add/subtract with a short notice period.
